Vienna moved quietly through the dawn, her paw steps balanced and swift through the mounds of snow as she continued her trek down the mountain onto the unknown.

“This is the way my instincts are guiding me, so this is the path I’ll take.” The snow leopard’s voice was sure and steady, assured by her parent’s teachings that one’s instincts were the key to survival.
